Scotland 1996

The coastline of the Scottish west coast is about 1000 km long.
We had only 10 days and made several day trips along the coast and to several islands.

Insel Staffa
lies approx. 10 km in front of the coast and has a beautiful rock formations. Basaltstone are formed like Organ pipes. We were lucky with the wetter. The caves could be entered until the end.
Summer Islands
The seals we encountered were very curious. One big seal actually followed us for half an hour during our crossing from one island to the other at a distance of several metres
Mull Island
Brief Encounter.
