For sea kayaking the Greek Waters are ideal.
The water is warm and clear. There are numerous destinations.

the islands in the West : Corfu, Zakhynthos, Kefalinea.
the Cyclades : Santorini, Paros, Naxos, Shinoussa a.o..
the Dodecanese Islands : Kos, Kalymnos, Leros, Lipsi, Ikri, Patmos and
the northern Sporades : Skiathos, Skopolos (still on our wish list)

Although the water and air have the right temperature the wind can build up waves in very few minutes. On this page some impressions of some exciting moments.

Climbing the long waves

A braker is chasing Jaap.

Some time later Jaap directs the others along the rocks on the beach.

After some days the salt of the seawater makes your clothes feel and look like a newspaper.

In those circumstances a well with fresh (sweet) water is a gift from heaven.

Travelling by road / fishermans boat
can be a wise alternative if the wind is too strong
